As you know, our campaign has prioritized moving Justice Reinvestment legislation that would begin to reverse and remedy the harms caused by the 1994 Crime Bill that allocated billions of dollars to build the infrastructure for the mass incarceration system that exists today. At the March 24 meeting, we will focus on how we begin to leverage our local campaign successes to make Justice Reinvestment a reality.
