Hi John,
With just a week to go, our Resisting Monopoly Capitalism ([link removed]) conference is shaping up to be a moment not to be missed. Below you'll find the timetable (click through to the Eventbrite page ([link removed]) for a more readable pdf version). Will you join us?

Yes, I'll book ([link removed])
No, but I'll watch plenaries online ([link removed])
Corporate concentration has been growing in recent years, but this conference won’t be all doom and gloom. From small-scale farmers building food sovereignty, to global south countries developing an alternative model to Big Pharma, to cross-border organising against Amazon, there is a movement growing against monopoly power. This conference is part of growing that resistance.

In addition to panels and workshops, we’ve also got stalls to browse from Housmans radical bookshop, New Internationalist magazine, Extinction Rebellion and ETC Group, who will have a tabletop game about global agribusiness you can play! And of course there’ll be a chance to speak to Global Justice Now campaigners and policy experts, and pick up printed copies of our resources.

Every conference-goer will also get a copy of our brand new primer on monopoly capitalism.

Resisting Monopoly Capitalism takes place on Saturday 25 March at SOAS, University of London. The opening and closing plenaries, which feature all our main international speakers will also be streamed as Zoom webinars. Click the button above to receive joining details. In Edinburgh, supporters are watching the opening plenary together (details ([link removed]) ). One way or another, I hope you can join us.
