John,

The right to collectively bargain is a time-honored tradition in Northeastern Pennsylvania and the labor movement has a deep history in our district. But right now, this crucial right is under attack.

For decades, corporations and wealthy special interests have been working to erode the right to organize. This has led to wages becoming stagnant despite the rising costs of everything from housing and gas to groceries and childcare.

It's time to put the power back into the hands of workers. That's why Matt is proud to support the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act, the most significant upgrade to U.S. labor law in 80 years. The PRO Act would expand labor protections and ensure workers have the right to stand together to fight for higher wages, safer working conditions, and better benefits.

Matt was proud to co-sponsor the legislation last term and help it pass in the House, but it was blocked from being voted on in the Senate. Now, this legislation has been reintroduced in the Senate, and Matt is ready to pass it into law and take a stand for workers.

If you're with Matt in the fight to protect workers' rights, add your name now to call on Congress to pass the PRO Act →
