Municipal Boundary Adjustment

OAH has updated the petition templates offered to parties filing new Municipal Boundary Adjustment (MBA cases).?The new templates are?posted on the Forms page on the MBA website.?MBA filers are encouraged, but not required, to streamline their practice by using OAH's forms. Cities and townships are encouraged to replace their forms.

What changed

The petition forms included a note that said, ?If the land is owned by both husband and wife, both must sign the petition.? To be more inclusive, this language has been changed to ?If the land is owned by more than one person, all must sign the petition.?
