Judges May Need To Rule On Abortion, Once Again

Following the June 2022 decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which restored the rights of unborn children and allowed states to protect them, conservative judges have emphasized the importance of elected representatives in deciding the issue of abortion.

DOJ: Up To 1,200 More Jan. 6 Protestors Facing Charges

According to Bloomberg News, U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves wrote to Beryl Howell, the former chief judge of the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., on October 28th, predicting that the number of individuals facing charges for their involvement in the January 6th Capitol insurrection could double, with between 700 and 1,200 more individuals potentially facing charges.

Bank records subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee have revealed that Hallie Biden, the daughter-in-law of President Biden, received $35,000 in two transfers from Chinese sources in 2017. The first transfer was for $25,000 on March 20 of that year. The bank records were revealed by Committee Chairman James Comer on Thursday in a memo to committee members.
