On March 22, 2021, a gunman murdered 10 people at a King Soopers supermarket in Boulder, Colorado. One of the victims was Suzanne Fountain, and now her son, Nathaniel Getz, is suing gun manufacturer Sturm, Ruger & Co. over how it marketed the firearm used in the massacre.

Employees Of Assisted Living Facility Arrested After Abusing Residents

Two employees at a Pinellas County assisted living facility in Florida were arrested after they allegedly abused two elderly residents and blamed the attacks on one of the victims. The two employees, Rosa Edwards, 23, and Aneisha Hall, 19, were arrested and charged with two counts of battery on a person 65 or older.
