Live Group Meditation

Tomorrow, Saturday 18th March 2023 Andrew Cohen will lead the live group meditation at our online venue Manifest Nirvana. It's easy and free to come along to this event – read on to find out more.

Please be aware of the time changes for the US.

If you haven't experienced Zoom meditation yet, we really encourage you to try it! You will be amazed by how powerful and deep these sessions can be.

Andrew will begin with a few minutes of introduction, followed by around an hour of sitting in silence. It's a good idea to find a quiet, comfortable space in your home where you're unlikely to be disturbed.

The Meditation Hall will open 15 minutes before we start. Once logged in, you can enter via the welcome page or any of the member homepages.

The local start times are:

8am PST • 9am MST • 11am EST • 3pm UK • 4pm CEST • 8.30pm IST

Meditation on Manifest Nirvana

My first Nirvana meditation was amazing. Never felt deep presence and emptiness like this before. I thank you and Andrew with all my heart to have opened my eyes to such possibilities.
