Bank Records Reveal Joe Biden’s Daughter-in-Law Hallie Biden Received China Cash
Daily Caller: The GOP House Oversight Committee released the third Biden family member allegedly wrapped up in the shady Chinese business dealings. Hallie Biden, the widow of President Joe Biden’s son Beau, was identified as the third Biden family member who allegedly received money transfers from associate John “Rob” Walker after he received a $3 million transfer in 2017 from the Chinese State Energy HK Limited ( Daily Caller). New York Post: The records show Hallie Biden received $35,000 over two transfers in 2017 from Biden family associate John “Rob” Walker after he got $3 million on March 1, 2017, from State Energy HK Limited, a firm affiliated with CEFC China Energy ( New York Post). Charlie Kirk: So a Chinese energy company sends $3 million to a Biden family business associate 2 months after Joe leaves office as VP… And then Hallie Biden, Beau Biden’s widow and ex-girlfriend of Hunter, mysteriously starts receiving incremental payments. GOP Outraged as Biden's Border Chaos Costs Taxpayers $130k a Day
Fox News: The Biden administration spends about $130,000 per day to store and maintain unused border wall panels at the southern border, and Senate Republicans are demanding answers. Republican members of the Senate Armed Forces Committee — using details provided to them in a request for information to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) — sent a letter Wednesday evening to the Defense Department asking why nearly $50 million is being spent each year to store the Trump-era border materials ( Fox News). Daily Wire: “The Department of Defense should not be incurring these daily charges but should be using these funds to bolster national security,” the GOP senators wrote. Republicans often criticize Biden for not doing more to secure the U.S.-Mexico border, not only to stop illegal crossings but also the flow of illegal drugs such as fentanyl. Border authorities encountered more than 2 million aliens in fiscal year 2022, according to federal data, a significant increase over the prior year ( Daily Wire).

Republicans Fight to Protect Second Amendment Rights Through New Senate Bill
Washington Times: Senate Republicans introduced legislation Thursday to codify the Supreme Court’s 2022 landmark ruling protecting the Second Amendment right to self-defense, holding that any gun control law must comply with the nation’s history dating back to the founding. The legislation, backed by all GOP members of the Senate Judiciary Committee, would codify the high court’s ruling in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen. The 6-3 decision, issued last June, was authored by Justice Clarence Thomas, who said New York’s gun-licensing requirement that a person must show proper need to carry a firearm ran afoul of the Second Amendment right to self-defense. In the opinion, the court said any gun control law must have a historic tradition in order to comply with the Second Amendment. By codifying the ruling, any future Supreme Court would struggle with changes or reversals. “We have a Bill of Rights and it is not an a la carte menu. Every right as interpreted by the U.S. Supreme Court matters,” said Sen. John Kennedy, Louisiana Republican. The legislation also creates a requirement for the government to pay attorney fees when an individual successfully challenges Second Amendment infringements in court ( Washington Times).

Democrats’ Support for Palestine Hits Record Highs, Israel Support Plummets
Daily Caller: For the first time in decades, Democrats’ support for Palestinians past support for Israel, increasing by 11% over the past year to 49% while the party’s positive view of Israel declined from 40% to 39%, according to a Gallup Poll released Thursday. Anti-Israel sentiment has been increasing among the Democrat party, according to the poll, as both lawmakers and the Biden administration have been heavily critical of the U.S. ally following Benjamin Netanyahu’s return to power. Support for Palestine among Democrats increased significantly from 2022 to 2023, going from 38% to 49%, as support for Israel declined to 39% ( Daily Caller). Axios: In 2016, 53% of Democrats said they sympathized more with the Israelis, and 23% with the Palestinians. By 2022, that gap had virtually disappeared. A majority of Democrats (56%) continue to view Israel favorably. That’s down from 63% last year and far lower than the 82% among Republicans, but is broadly in line with previous findings for Democrats over the two decades Gallup has been conducting the survey ( Axios).

Department of Injustice: Biden's DOJ Plans to Indict Hundreds More for January 6
Daily Wire: The Department of Justice (DOJ) could indict more than 1,000 additional people on charges related to the January 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol. The DOJ sent a letter to Chief Judge Beryl Howell of the District Court for the District of Columbia on October 28 warning that the court should prepare for another 700 to 1,200 defendants, according to Bloomberg, which reviewed the letter and first reported it Wednesday. At the time, the DOJ had filed charges against roughly 900 people. The number of DOJ arrests has since risen to roughly 1,000. The department’s estimate of the remaining cases corresponds roughly with the number of individuals that officials have estimated entered the U.S. Capitol during the riot, somewhere between 2,000 to 2,500 people. The current number of arrests and prosecutions has strained resources at the DOJ, federal public defender’s office, and court system. DOJ officials have made clear in public statements that the department is committed to seeing every potential case through ( Daily Wire).

Fearful Democrats: Over 50% Say Pre-Covid Life Is a Thing of the Past
Townhall: A new Gallup survey reveals a striking political divide in perceptions of returning to pre-COVID normalcy. The survey found 53% of Democrats believe their lives will never return to normal, compared to just 33% of Republicans. In contrast, half of Republicans say their lives are “completely back to normal,” while only 24% of Democrats agree. This divide underscores the ongoing fears and mistrust surrounding the pandemic. The majority of Democrats feeling this way can be seen as an indictment of President Biden’s failure to lead the country out of the pandemic effectively. His promises and statements have not convinced his party’s voters, and his broken promises and missed goals have further eroded trust in his administration’s ability to restore normalcy ( Townhall).
