Hey Friend,

Did you hear? President Joe Biden was in Las Vegas yesterday to promote
his plan to lower prescription drug costs, including capping insulin
across the board for all Americans! It’s an important step toward building
upon the key provisions of the Inflation Reduction Act which passed last
year, and easing the burden on Nevadans struggling to cover the high price
of their medications they need to survive.

We need ALL of our Congressional Delegation to support the President’s
plan and lower prescription drug costs for Nevada families. But our
lawmakers in Carson City aren’t off the hook! The Governor and State
Legislature must also work together this session to rein in exorbitant
costs for prescription drugs, and ease the burden on working families.

That’s where you come in.

Help us lift up the good work from the White House by sharing the

and explaining why YOU are in support, and using the hashtag
#LowerDrugPricesNow!

Do you struggle with paying for your prescriptions? Ever had to ration
your medicine to make rent or bills? Consider sharing your story about
prescription drug prices by joining the BBP Story Bank program! We’ll need
your voice speaking out to show lawmakers, both federal and state, that we
can’t keep letting Big Pharma jack up prices! Sign up to join the Story
Bank here: [ [link removed] ]bit.ly/StoryBankBBP

Let’s make the most of this opportunity to remind lawmakers why we need to
curb outrageous drug prices, so we can keep the good news coming!

In solidarity,
