Hey there. It’s Felix Frisch – Adam Frisch’s son.
When my dad told us that he was going to run against Lauren Boebert in 2022, I did what most 16-year-olds would do: I took a year off from school to be involved in the campaign.
Technically, I went “online” for school – and yes, I definitely missed all my friends. But I wouldn’t go back and change it for the world.
My dad and I hitched a trailer to our red pickup truck and crisscrossed the entire district, taking turns at the wheel. He shook hands with voters, while I organized 130 interns virtually to make 700,000 phone calls for the campaign.
It felt like a 24,000-mile father-son road trip; just my dad, me… and the thousands of people we met at every stop along the way.
The campaign was hard. My sister and I knew they’d probably make up and say a lot of false things about our dad. But hearing and seeing the lies all over TV and social media is another thing entirely.
It was all worth it, though. We made hundreds of stops, met so many people, ate so much good food… And dad came so close to winning and defeating Boebert! It was an experience I’ll never forget.
Now, dad’s running again, and I know that, with your help, he will defeat Lauren Boebert this time.
Thanks for everything you’re doing for my dad and his campaign. It means a lot to him – and to our entire family – that so many people like you have got his back.
Felix
