Sometimes, the headlines of the day can be pretty dire. Catastrophic climate disasters. Violence at home and abroad. Corruption at the highest levels. One attack after another on our civil rights.

But you know what? I am an optimist.


2020 is going to be a turning point that marks a new beginning, a new progressive era.

I know that our movement can elect a progressive Democratic president, keep the House, and take back the Senate. And then, we get to work, getting America back on track.
