The article hot off the press from yesterday, discusses how we released troves of information on Boebert in 2022 and how in response she went on a right-wing media tour threatening me, the PAC, and our donors, with a defamation suit that 9 months later still has yet to materialize.
As we made clear by our on the record statements in the article, we are throwing down the gauntlet and taking the fight to her with a real lawsuit.
The article quotes me speaking on what the public stands to gain from the under oath taped deposition that would come from the suit, “to undermine her credibility, we’re asking her about all these other issues in her life that we’ve made allegations about.” We then plan to release Boebert’s taped deposition to the press and to the voters of CO-03 and use it for ads and more.
American Muckrakers PAC plans to file the lawsuit by the end of March, which makes this month as critical for us as it is for the teams competing in the 2023 NCAA Basketball Tournaments, it’s our very own March Madness.
For us to go all the way this March we need your help with ensuring our legal team has the resources it needs to withstand the full court press the GOP will launch when we slam dunk this lawsuit into the Colorado courts.
