NPH’s 27th Affordable Housing Leadership Awards
Thursday, April 27 from 5PM-8PM PT at The City Club of San Francisco

It’s time to celebrate our affordable housing movement, in-person! Registration is now open for NPH’s Leadership Awards.

This will be our first in-person Leadership Awards in several years and you won’t want to miss this special and memorable evening! Together we’ll enjoy socializing (complete with snacks, cocktails, and live music!), building connections, and seeing fellow affordable housing rock stars get recognized for the incredible work they’ve been doing in our field. 2023 Bay Area Housing Internship Program (BAHIP)
Application Closes 3/24!

The deadline to submit BAHIP applications is fast approaching! All applications must be received by Friday, March 24th for consideration. (Learn all about BAHIP.)

ELPN’s Social Housing Forum
Wednesday, April 5 from 12PM-1PM PT virtually

What does “social housing” really mean?

Join the Emerging Leaders Peer Network (ELPN) for Social Housing Forum, an interactive discussion that will explore what social housing is, what it looks like abroad, and what it might look like in California.

Registration deadline: Sunday, April 2 at 5PM PT
If cost is a barrier, please email Andrew at [email protected]. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds!

Panelists from a variety of backgrounds will share their thoughts, research, and plans for a social housing development model and participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and share their thoughts on what shape social housing may take in their Box of four panelists at upcoming trainingcommunities. Panelists include (from top left to bottom right of photo):

  • Alex Lee, Assemblymember for California’s 24th District,
  • Helmi Hisserich, Global Policy Leadership Academy,
  • Shanti Singh, Tenants Together, and
  • Rob Wiener, California Coalition for Rural Housing
