We are expecting a House vote that would remove permitting requirements on toxic waste storage. Requirements to open up public land for oil and gas drilling — while gutting the rights of communities to give input on those projects. Even requiring new dirty energy infrastructure like pipelines.

We cannot guarantee the health of our planet and those who inhabit it unless we win campaigns like this one, Friend. We must stop Republicans in Congress from turning back the clock on addressing climate change at the speed and scale that science demands.

We can beat this anti-environmental bill, but that can only happen if members of Congress hear from the environmental movement now, before Speaker McCarthy holds a vote and in the coming weeks.
