My name is Enrique. Joe's "body guy" on the road. It's a funny title, but in campaign-speak, that means everywhere Joe goes, I go – and that's a lot of places!
It also means I'm the guy who takes photos during the selfie line:
A little bit about me. I grew up in Boston. I'm a proud Dominicano. My dad is actually the Spanish announcer for the Red Sox so, yes — I'm a diehard fan. I married the love of my life, Rocio, last month, and we just got back from an amazing honeymoon in the Dominican Republic.
Now we're busier than ever on the campaign trail. We're driving all over Massachusetts holding town halls and house parties where Joe can listen to people's hopes for our next Senator, and where he can talk to them about the movement we're building.
And (of course) take some selfies!
Here's the thing about Joe: he never puts on an act. I don't think he knows how. The honest, caring guy who shows up at all of those house parties and town halls and marches and everything ready to listen? That's the same guy he is as a boss and leader and friend.
And it's the same person he'll be as our Senator: someone who cares. Who shows up, ready to listen.
That's the Joe I know. And that's why I'm proud to be on Team Kennedy and fighting for a new kind of Senator.
Vamos hacerlo!
Enrique

Joe believes the first job of a U.S. Senator is showing up — and that is exactly what he is doing. 70 towns in the first 90 days on the trail and 14 town halls in January. Listening. Learning. Help fuel our fight to send Joe to the U.S. Senate.
