Democratic leaders like Adam Frisch and Gov. Polis are what CO voters want right now.
John,
Something really positive happened this week in Colorado. It didn’t make the national news and it certainly didn’t break through the paranoia-fueled echo chamber that is Lauren Boebert’s shop, but Gov. Jared Polis and a bipartisan group of legislators are working to fund 2 years of free college for Colorado students in high-demand fields:
Meanwhile, Lauren Boebert is busy throwing bombs in the Culture Wars, as usual—"owning the libs" by bragging about her teenage son impregnating a classmate. Too bad she’s incapable of using her office to try and help anybody.
It’s not just Democrats who are done with Lauren Boebert. The real work and progress happening in Colorado’s legislature and the work being pursued by the rest of our Congressional delegation is largely bipartisan.
Not only is that what voters in the 3rd District desperately would like to see, it’s also the only way to get things done at a time when our nation is so intensely divided.
The Colorado Turnout Project is raising money to contact voters and run high-impact ads to defeat Lauren Boebert in the next election. We will also dedicate resources to other close races where a grassroots group like ours could do some good.
