Did you know that most incumbent Representatives in the House spend about FIVE hours a day calling donors to raise money for the DCCC? That’s a hundred hours a month! Shouldn’t that time be spent listening to constituents or drafting and passing laws to make people’s lives better?
My campaign is part of a movement to change the way our government works, and small dollar contributions make a huge difference. Until we have publicly-funded elections, so anyone can run for office, campaigns like mine need people like you to pitch in what you can.
In this way, more people can support the best person for the job, and it will not just be the usual donors who can “max out” ($2800 per individual) who essentially decide who should represent us.

The stakes are incredibly high this year, and right now, we’re still around $35,000 short in fundraising for January. This is money we MUST raise to fuel the expansion of our field and voter outreach programs. We have to put in serious groundwork NOW to win in June and November.
