Hey John,
Welcome back to Videos of the Week! This week, 2 out of 3 videos are from our incredible AMAZE project, which creates animated sex ed videos for young people.
Always feel free to forward or share on social media.
National Endometriosis Awareness Month is observed in March. Endometriosis is a common yet serious and often painful condition. This condition affects the reproductive organs, such as the uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries. Watch our Endometriosis Explained video below:
With proper care, people with endometriosis can manage their symptoms and continue with their daily life in happy and healthy ways.
Right-wing extremists in Florida are really into censorship lately. This new proposal would outlaw any school instruction about puberty until 6th grade. When the bill sponsor was asked if that would ban 4th and 5th graders from discussing menstruation, even if they are getting their period, he said yes. Watch him say it without hesitation.
Mind-blowing. If you're in Florida and outraged, get involved with Floridians for Reproductive Freedom here.
New AMAZE Video Alert! Young people asked AMAZE, "Can a doctor tell if you're a virgin?" The answer is NO! There is no medically accurate test for virginity. Checking for an intact hymen is also not a method to tell if someone had sex.

What's important to remember is virginity is a social construct and something that every person defines for themselves.
Hope these videos are interesting and something you can share with friends, colleagues, or your community today!
