As a voting rights organization that centers the Commonwealth’s Black, Indigenous, and other people of color, immigrant communities and the youth, we know how important consistent engagement is. Without voter engagement in the primaries, candidates who best represent their values may never even get a chance. And in Allegheny and Philadelphia, this primary election really is THE election when we look at the local races including county executive and mayor.
