Here’s the good news: the U.S. Congress currently has the most out LGBTQ+ members ever, and our pro-equality elected officials are introducing good bills and fighting to protect choice and equality.

Here’s the bad news: some anti-equality Congressmembers are introducing anti-LGBTQ legislation and using their platform to push harmful narratives about LGBTQ+ people (particularly the trans community).

This year, we're laying the groundwork to take back the U.S. House and stand against bigots like Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert. Pitch in today to stand against their hate and elect pro-equality candidates!

Here’s the latest in needless bigotry:

H.R.407 - Protect the UNBORN Act, H.R.431 - Life at Conception Act, H.Res.48 - Expressing support for the Supreme Court's decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization and H.R.128 - Defund Planned Parenthood Act of 2023 are all aimed at dismantling the right to choose and ensuring Americans lose essential reproductive healthcare.

H.R.734 - Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2023 would ban trans people from playing sports and legally create a restrictive definition of gender, while H.R.5 - Parents Bill of Rights Act would enforce a national "Don't Say Gay" ban, even going so far as to ban LGBTQ+-positive books from school libraries. And bigots are still trying to pass H.R.146 - Old Glory Only Act, which would ban Pride Flags!

Marjorie Taylor Greene even claimed the "trans mafia was targeting children"! Look, it's clear these transphobes and homophobes shouldn't be in office, and it's our job to kick them out. Pitch in today to boot these bigots and elect pro-equality majorities!
