I'm Jackie, Mikie's communications director, and I need to quickly follow up about the Republican opponent who just jumped in our race.

I'll be honest -- this is bad news.

Our new opponent is a corporate lobbyist with deep ties to big-dollar special-interest groups and Washington Republicans. She even has the support of GOP boss Kevin McCarthy.

We're relying on your strong grassroots support to counter the attacks that will only become more vicious from here on out. Will you chip in before midnight tonight?

Mikie is the leader New Jerseyans need.

As a Navy veteran and federal prosecutor, Mikie has a strong record of service, and as a member of Congress, she's fought for New Jersey taxpayers day in and day out. Her new opponent fights for special interests and helped lobby for the tax bill that targeted New Jersey families with the state and local tax (SALT) deduction cap.

Mikie works for our country and New Jersey families -- not the special interests.
