Elect Katie Hobbs

John,

If you’re like me, whenever you see headlines about the latest out-of-touch legislation coming from extreme Arizona state Republicans, you might think to yourself: “It doesn’t have to be this way.”

I know I do. That’s because growing up, my family and I struggled. Like many middle-class families, we went through times of financial uncertainty. At some points, we relied on support like food stamps to help us get by.

And I’ll never forget how I felt seven years ago worrying about how to put food on the table or presents under the tree during Christmas time. At the time, I drove for Uber just to help make ends meet.

And to think, Arizona state Republicans are trying to ban books in our schools, take away our reproductive rights, and make it harder to vote because they somehow think that’s what everyday Arizonans want the government focused on.

It’s ridiculous, and as I said before, it doesn’t have to be this way.

That’s part of why I ran for Governor. I wanted to right the wrongs of past elected officials and put the focus on issues affecting everyday working families.

It was a hard-fought victory, and each and every day, I’m thankful knowing that Arizona voters across the state have trusted me to lead us all forward.

Now, I’m doing everything in my power to shift the focus away from the disruptive chaos and unnecessary culture wars and onto delivering real solutions for Arizonans.

John, can you pitch in $10 before tonight’s mid-month fundraising deadline so that I can continue working hard to address the issues affecting our daily lives?
