I just wanted to reach out before our mid-month deadline tonight to tell you a little bit more about why it’s so important for us to fundraise right now. But first, I have to ask: will you chip in any amount to my re-election campaign before midnight?

Even though the election seems far away right now, there’s a lot of work that needs to be done long before Election Day gets here – especially with Republicans already spending big on ads attacking me! We need to ensure that our team is prepared for anything that comes our way.

We’re heading into another heated toss-up election next year, so we’re working hard to build a strong foundation now. Will you contribute any amount to my re-election campaign before midnight?
