Lewis County MD Surrenders License

OLYMPIA, WA ??In March 2023, the Washington Medical Commission (WMC) accepted the voluntary surrender of medical license from physician Bryan James Nestor (License # 60921301) as part of an informal disposition.

Dr. Nestor is not eligible to renew or reactivate his license. Dr. Nestor?s employer indefinitely suspended his clinical privileges in June 2022 due to his alleged behavior causing a safety risk.
