Thurston County MD Indefinitely Suspended
OLYMPIA, WA ? ?In March 2023, doctor Bernard Neil Mullen (License # 00024520) entered into an order indefinitely suspending his Washington State physician and surgeon license.
The order resulted from a Statement of Charges alleging that Dr. Mullen was unable to practice with reasonable skill and safety.
