Outside groups have already run more than half-a-million dollars in negative ads against Abigail’s campaign, and now the National Republican Campaign Committee (NRCC)  just announced three new candidates in VA-07 are “on the radar” in their “young guns” program.

Why does it matter?

This means they’ll be a priority for national fundraising, outside group investment, and dark money groups. All three are likely to bring significant resources to the general election.

This is another sign that national Republicans are committed to defeating Abigail in November.
