Team, Pat’s campaign has been in the news a lot over the past few days, so we want to break down what you need to know:

FIRST: Pat was named to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s list of seats to defend. If Democrats want to regain the majority, we need to hold onto competitive seats, including Pat’s district in New York.

THEN: Republicans responded by naming Pat a top target to defeat next year. Last year, the National Republican Congressional Committee and its allies spent over $6 million to beat Pat. They failed to defeat him, but they’ll be back with a vengeance in 2024.

NOW: We have our first fundraising deadline of the new election cycle in a few weeks. Once the clock strikes midnight on March 31st, we’ll have to put together our FEC report for everyone to see — including Republican operatives looking for signs of weakness in Pat’s campaign operation.

We can’t risk reporting low fundraising numbers — Republicans will see that as an opportunity to pounce. That’s why we’re asking:
