Friend, Capital accumulation at the cost of people and planet and the “invisible” hand of the Free Market are the new gods. I was moved to share not only how I came to UnKoch My Campus, but more importantly, how I grew to love the work we do here. One of the important lessons I share is how I've learned that in order to make impactful change, you need to be willing to learn from your opponent and practice enough intellectual humility to innovate. The Koch network is leveraging its donations to colleges and universities to bolster its corporate agenda to halt action on climate change, put hundreds of thousands of people in prison, deny millions of people healthcare, and strip rights and wages from workers globally.
