Dear friend,
The New York Legislature has announced its proposal for the New York State Budget. As negotiations with the Governor continue, we need to show our elected officials that now is the time to KICK FOSSIL FUELS OUT OF BUILDINGS!
In the past month, the fossil fuel industry has ramped up its disinformation campaign, but we know the truth.
These vital new laws will save New Yorkers money, fight childhood asthma, create jobs in clean energy, and slash climate emissions:
-
All-Electric Building Act (S562A|A920A)
-
NY Home Energy Affordable Transition Act (S2016|A4592)
-
Energy Efficiency, Equity, and Jobs Act (S2469|A2655)
Join us Wednesday, March 15 (tonight) at 7pm for a briefing and training to get ready to LINE THE HALLS in Albany on March 22nd to make sure they see us and hear us!
