Have you spoken out against Biden’s Asylum Ban yet, Friend?

If not, now is your chance! President Biden is planning to reinstate one of the most cruel Trump era immigration policies: a ban on asylum seekers who pass through more than 1 country to reach the U.S. (aka the “Asylum Ban”)

As hard as Biden tries to separate himself from the Trump administration’s policies restricting asylum, the facts are clear - this proposed Asylum Ban will separate families and disproportionately affect Black, brown, and indigenous asylum seekers all the same. That’s why we’re asking folks to join us in submitting a comment to stop the Biden Administration from banning asylum seekers! Can you take action with me today?

People should be free to move under any circumstances - especially migrating to escape violence, persecution, and starvation. The federal government will be reading each individual comment to inform their decision on reinstating the asylum ban or not. Sending in your own unique comment is a super quick way to take high impact action against Biden’s asylum ban by March 27th.
