John – Right now, a conservative federal judge is holding a hearing on the legality of mifepristone, one drug of the two-step abortion pill regimen — the most common form of abortion in the country. 

The case was brought by a group of extremist anti-choice activists who are using shoddy science to claim the drug — which has been used safely by hundreds of thousands of women — should lose its FDA approval. 

Once again, our human rights and bodily autonomy are in the hands of a conservative, white, anti-choice man, who nobody elected. 

We’re bracing for the outcome of this case, and in order to prepare for all possible scenarios, are building up an action fund to fight back. Whatever the result, we’ll be working hard to restore reproductive rights in this country.
