Dear John,
TAKE ACTION: There are more than 100 federal judicial vacancies. The Senate must act! The Senate must confirm all judicial nominees who are or will be awaiting full Senate action during the course of the 118th Congress.
We have a duty — to justice, to the Constitution, and to each other — to fight for a strong federal judiciary! Take action by calling for the Senate to make our courts work for us by prioritizing the confirmation of all judicial nominees pending before the full Senate during the course of the 118th Congress. The Senate cannot delay.
Call your senators today at 202-224-3121 and tell them they must prioritize filling all judicial vacancies.
The stakes have never been higher, and the Senate must continue confirming lifetime judicial nominees as a priority during the entirety of the 118th Congress. There are many nominees awaiting confirmation that have the backgrounds our democracy needs represented on the bench immediately. Some of these nominees include Dale Ho, Natasha Merle, Nancy Abudu, Tiffany M. Cartwright, Rachel Bloomekatz, Bradley Garcia, and Julie Rikelman. Each of these nominees are long overdue for a final vote, and the Senate should move swiftly to confirm them.
For our judiciary to work for all of us, we need the Senate to prioritize the confirmation of diverse nominees who are committed to the rights of all of us. Tell your senators: We need these seats filled without delay with professionally and demographically diverse judges committed to equal justice.
Thank you for taking action,
