Assistant Chief Workers' Compensation Judge Radd Kulseth?has decided to return to his prior role as a Workers' Compensation Judge. We are so grateful for Judge Kulseth's steady leadership over the past two years and wish him well as he returns to hearing Workers? Compensation cases on a full-time basis.?

Soon, we will post an opening to hire an Assistant Chief Workers? Compensation Judge. The posting will be open to internal and external applicants. Assistant Chief Judges are a newer position at OAH. The Assistant Chief Workers? Compensation Judge will:?

1. Perform all?supervisory functions?related to workers' compensation judges;
2. Work cooperatively with OAH leadership to?continuously improve?and maintain efficiency and quality across?court operations;
3. Serve?as a workers' compensation?judge.
