We’re exactly three weeks out from Election Day in Wisconsin, where an important Supreme Court seat is up for grabs.

The justice who wins this election will become the deciding vote on whether to uphold a state abortion ban that has been on the books since 1849, as well as whether to uphold heavily-gerrymandered maps in Wisconsin.

Four years ago, an open seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court was decided by just 6,000 votes — where three out of four eligible voters stayed home. This election could be just as close — and the stakes have never been higher.
