John,

We just had a massive win.

We just obtained a consent decree in our case against the Smithsonian for banning pro-lifers. Similar to our win against the National Archives, this court order prevents the Smithsonian from targeting pro-lifers for harassment or kicking them out.

Biden's insidious attacks on life – which are intended to stop us from saving babies – can be defeated.

Now both of these cases will move full steam ahead as we force the Biden Deep State to come clean in court. Who ordered this? They must be held accountable. Kicking Christian kids out of museums – including the museum that holds the Constitution – is just a symptom of a MUCH LARGER problem.

Biden is in the back pocket of the abortion industry. He's harassing and arresting pro-lifers while also expanding abortion, forcing pro-life doctors to commit abortions, shutting down pro-life centers, and using Veterans' hospitals to kill unborn babies.

We're fighting back, and we can win. But we urgently need your support. Have your gift matched – $5 will have the impact of $10; $20 will be $40 – through our Matching Challenge. We know times are tight, but make a gift that matters and have twice the impact.

Have Your Gift Doubled Today To Defend Babies.

We were just contacted and are preparing to file two more critical amicus briefs to defend pro-life laws from the radical abortion industry's lawsuits. As we tackle the legal work, take action with us.
