He’s right. For years, the GOP stacked federal and state courts with conservative justices who they believed would advance their far-right agenda. Their next target is an upcoming state supreme court race in Wisconsin, which POLITICO called “the biggest election of 2023,” because it could have far-reaching impacts on abortion access, voting rights, and even the 2024 presidential contest. And election day is in less than three weeks!
