This Friday, the Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Settings Rule will go into effect. This Rule is all about our right to receive services that are truly community-based and that respect our rights, rather than being stuck in “institutions in disguise.” It’s important to know your rights so you can make full use of them!
On Tuesday, March 21st from 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM ET, we will be holding a webinar all about the HCBS Settings Rule! Join us to talk about how the HCBS Settings Rule can protect our rights around long term services and support in our homes and communities. This webinar will be in plain language.
This webinar will answer questions like:
- What is the HCBS Settings Rule?
- How can I find out what rights I have under the HCBS Rule?
- What do I do if my rights are violated?
- What are corrective action plans?
- When am I getting my rights?
And more!
Register here to join us.
As the HCBS Settings Rule start date gets closer, stay tuned for new resources from ASAN. And remember to join us for our webinar at 1:00 Eastern Time on Tuesday, March 21st. We hope you’ll come learn about the changes to your rights and the importance of the HCBS Settings Rule. We’ll see you there!
