Delegate Lamont Bagby is your Democratic nominee for the Virginia Senate in SD-09! Lamont is running to fill the seat of his friend and our friend, Congresswoman-elect Jennifer McClellan, in a seat that was also held by his late mentor, Congressman Donald McEachin.

As Chair of the Virginia Legislative Black Caucus, Lamont has fought for Virginians every step of his journey in elected office. I know that he’s ready to take the next step and represent the people of the Ninth Senate District. I’m asking for your help to send him to the State Senate on March 28th!
