John, it’s been 60 years since the Equal Pay Act was passed. But in 2023 women still make almost 20% less than men and that statistic is even bleaker for women of color – Native women make 51% less than men for equal work. Worse, progress on closing the pay gap has practically STALLED for the last 20 years!
