Put your hands TOGETHER for the finalists of Atlas Network’s 2023 Latin America Liberty Award!


Chile’s Fundación P!ensa led the charge in the country’s Valparaíso region against a referendum that would have completely replaced Chile’s constitution and its long-standing guarantees of checks and balances in government. Fundación P!ensa is represented by Chief Operating Officer Juan Pablo Rodriguez.

Instituto de Cienca Política Hernán Echavarria Olózaga (ICP), from Colombia, is equipping a new generation of leaders for freedom and liberal democracy through a civic and entrepreneurial training academy that has already reached tens of thousands of Colombians. ICP is represented by Academia ICP’s Coordinator, Juanita Solano Botero.

Brazil’s Instituto Liberal de São Paulo (ILISP) took their case for economic freedom to cities and states throughout the country, expanding the list of careers workers and entrepreneurs could pursue in their community without burdensome government permits and licenses. ILISP is represented by its founder, Marcelo Faria.

Congratulations to our finalist organizations. Their examples are a powerful reminder of the good that can be achieved when people who love freedom work Together!
