There have been a number of big updates in our efforts to keep the 49th blue, so I wanted to take a moment to update directly. Some of these bullets are a bit concerning, but it's important that you're kept in the loop.

>> House Democrats just confirmed they will focus their defensive efforts here in CA-49. My seat was the ONLY district in California named to the Democrats' "Frontline" program. This is a strong signal that my race will be the single most competitive in the state.

>> Yesterday, the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) released their short list of top targets among Democratic-held House seats in 2024. CA-49 was on the list.

>> We recently got word that National Republicans have launched their first wave of digital attack ads against us. This is the earliest I've been attacked in an election cycle, and it illustrates just how aggressively they’re attempting to unseat me.

>> After spending nearly every dollar in our account to defend the 49th in 2022, Team Levin is working around the clock to rebuild our resources ahead of this month's FEC deadline. We need to prove we can keep this blue. Unfortunately, we're pacing a bit behind where we need to be.
