NCCI proposes changes to the Basic Manual and Forms Manual for workers' compensation

The National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) filed "Item 01-TX-2023?Revisions to Forms Manual Forms and Endorsements Applicable in Texas and Basic Manual Rules Related to the Texas Group Purchase Program."

The filing proposes amendments to clarify and consolidate forms and update NCCI and Texas Department of Insurance contact information in rules and forms.
