Today is Women’s Equal Pay Day, the symbolic day for how far into the year women must work to be paid what men were paid the previous year; and March 14th is 73 days into 2023.

Last week, we celebrated International Women’s Day and highlighted the barrier-breaking achievements of Washington women. But despite this progress, we are still far off from true gender equity.
