This position reports to the *Consolidated Mail Services (CMS**)* Insert Swing Shift Supervisor to deliver exceptional mail services; reduce the overall cost of government; and set a standard for continuous improvement. The duties and responsibilities of this position play an important part in achieving the goals of *Department of Enterprise Services (DES).* The CMS team meets goals by requiring the employee to understand the needs of our customers, be proactive in customer service, and to perform the essential functions of this position.
