Summary:?DHS?is using what we learned from the first two electronic visit verification (EVV) launches to help develop policies and guidance for providers so they are able to comply with state and federal EVV requirements. We will publish a timeline of compliance thresholds for providers on the EVV webpage before the compliance requirements take effect to help providers meet the requirements. We will give ample notice of the deadline for compliance.
