Bad news: Trump-crony Dan Kelly is officially on the ballot for Wisconsin’s Supreme Court.

In case you don’t know, Kelly is an election denier who:

Is anti-abortion access and anti-gun safety.
Worked as a “special counsel” for Wisconsin Republicans, aiding their attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 election with their fake electors scheme.
Was endorsed by Trump during his last run for a seat on the court in 2020.

If he wins, he’ll be a rubber stamp on the Wisconsin GOP’s extreme, right-wing agenda.

This race could have pivotal consequences for state Democrats – it could give us a chance to un-gerrymander Wisconsin. And with fair maps, Democrats could have their best shot in over a decade to gain power in the state’s legislature.

But state-level races are overlooked and underfunded – making them especially vulnerable to Republicans’ outsized spending. Right now, Republicans are pouring money into Wisconsin ahead of next month’s Supreme Court election, so we need to mobilize around state Democrats now.
