MINNESOTA JOINS 17 OTHER STATES IN LAWSUIT TO PROTECT ABORTION ACCESS

When I was re-elected in November, I promised I would continue to do everything I could to fight back against any rollback of abortion access — and I’m keeping my promise. 

Last week, I joined 17 other states across the country in a lawsuit challenging the Food and Drug Administration’s unnecessary restrictions for dispensing Mifepristone — the leading method for safe and effective abortion in the United States.

As Republicans continue to systematically attack abortion rights in the wake of the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision, it’s imperative that we don’t give up an inch.

I will do everything in my power to protect reproductive freedom in Minnesota, but it’s never been more important for all Americans who are with me to raise their voices and be heard.

To make it 100% clear that we will not back down, I need to collect 10,000 pro-choice signatures in support of this lawsuit. Will you add your name right now to be counted?
