Chloe Cole was just 9 years old when she was bombarded with transgender ideology.

As a child Chloe was bombarded—largely through social media—with the idea that “transitioning” would make her special, accepted and popular.

When she shared with her pediatrician that she felt uncomfortable as a girl, leftist activist doctors put her on an irreversible path to chemically and surgically "transitioning” her gender.

At age 13, the doctors began pumping Chloe full of dangerous drugs with unknown long-term side effects. At 15, they performed a double mastectomy on her.

And all of this happened because doctors lied and concealed less invasive treatment options from Chloe and her parents.

They told her parents point blank that they could have a dead daughter or a live son.

That’s right. A dead daughter or a living son. Those were their only options. (So they said.)

We’re suing Dr. Hop Nguyen Le for performing a double mastectomy without evaluating whether it was the right decision for Chloe, who was just 15 years old and for not obtaining proper informed consent to perform the surgery.

And we’re suing Dr. Susanna Watson who recommended that Chloe have her breasts removed without evaluating Chloe’s mental or psychological condition. Additionally, she withheld information that may have changed Chloe’s mind about the surgery, including a litany of studies that show drugs and surgeries do not help children suffering from gender dysphoria.

P.S. Doctors told Chloe and her parents from the beginning that nothing was permanent. They told her she could change her mind if she wanted to, but when she did exactly that, they shrugged their shoulders at her, told her there was nothing they could do and chalked it up to “just another part of her gender journey.” Because they’d already gotten what they wanted from her family.
