Purpose: The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Abilene District is proposing improvements to U.S. Highway 87 (US 87) from 2 miles north of the Glasscock County line to 0.45 mile south of the Howard County line. This notice advises the public that TxDOT will be conducting an online virtual public meeting on the proposed project with an in-person option.
