March 13, 2023 [ [link removed] ] - 20004-160-EM-23 (Record No. 17248) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission's (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given of the Application of Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. (MDU or the Company) for authority to increase electric power supply costs to $0.05147 per Kwh for primary service customers and to $0.05431 per Kwh for secondary service customers, for the period May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024. The Company also submitted a Petition for Confidential Treatment of Power Purchase Invoices.
